Trust in God or Mammon?
“Trust in the LORD with all your
heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge
Him, and He shall direct your paths.”

heals through doctors” and “Didn’t God give man wisdom to discover
ways of healing”? (It sounds so good!) |
6. The Bible gives
no evidence of God healing through doctors! In the center of the
Bible, it says; “It is better to trust in the LORD than to put
confidence in man.” Psalm 118:8 |

7. Man says; “We can be
like God”. (Satan said it first!) |

“Not by
might nor by power, but by My Spirit.” |

8. Doctors Say;
“Medicine can treat you
and you can trust in God. Let your spirit be in God’s control, and
medicine will take control of your body.” |

“Trust in God alone” Psalm 62:5; "No one
can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other,
or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve
God and mammon”, Mat 6:24; “Do not trust in a friend, do not put
your confidence in a companion.” Mi 7:5 |

Whenever Israel asked
their neighbors to help them, God made the help fail. He rebuked them for
not trusting Him alone!
In Isaiah 36:6 "Look! You are trusting
in the staff of this broken reed, Egypt, on which if a man leans, it will go
into his hand and pierce it. So is Pharaoh king of Egypt to all who trust in
him.” See Isaiah 30:1-3 and 31:1-3 |
In 2 Chronicles chapter 20, King Jehoshaphat
placed his entire trust in the Lord. And God said; “Do not be
afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not
yours, but God's.” and “'You will not need to fight in this battle.”
He destroyed the enemy by causing them to kill each other! |

What
Exactly Does the Bible Say About Doctors/Physicians:
“And in the thirty-ninth
year of his reign, Asa became diseased in his feet, and his malady was
severe; yet in his disease he did not seek the LORD, but the physicians. So
Asa rested with his fathers; he died in the forty-first year of his reign.”
2 Chr 16:12-13 (Note: Asa trusted in the physicians and died)
“Why are My people not healed? Because the
Great Physician is not there.” Jer 8:22 Amplified Bible. See Ex 15:26
“Now a certain woman had a flow of blood for
twelve years, and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had
spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse.” Mark
5:25-26
“Now a woman, having
a flow of blood for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood on
physicians and could not be healed by any, came from behind and touched the
border of His garment. And immediately her flow of blood stopped.” Luke
8:43-44 (Sequence: Disease, trusted doctors, suffered because
of doctors, spent all money, grew worse)
God Alone
is Our Healer:
Exodus 15:26 He is Jahova Rophe, “For I am
the LORD who heals you." See Psalm 103:3; 147:3; Acts 9:34
